To Change Main Custom Greetings

1.Dial Voicemail extension (usually 208 or 216)

2. On answer dial #6 *998

3. Dial 5 (modify message)

4. Dial 4 (custom service menu)

5. Dial 1 for Custom service 1 greeting, 2 for greeting 2 etc

6. The VPS plays the current message

7. Follow the voice prompts to record new greeting

8. Ensure that you press 2 to store new message

9. Replace handset

To change the time and date

1.Dial Voicemail extension (usually 208 or 216)

2. On answer dial #6 *998

3. Press 4

4. Press 1 to change and follow prompts to input time and date

To check messages

On systemphone, message light will light when messages are left

Lift handset

Press message button or press programmed button

Follow voice prompts to listen to messages, change personal greetings etc
